cant stop thinking of smithers in the strip club meme

there's room for improvement, i think is the fact that the eyes stay half open is what make it look a little weird

i like when they re-use only some of the drawing, make a frame to frame sketch and then for the tweening look for what can be separated into a layer to move it. i don't have any experience animating (3 shity loop with luck) so yeah, more a opinion that a tip.
